If You Have Forgotten Your Password or User Name Go Back

If you cannot locate your CaliforniaCRC Password, you can:

  1. Enter and submit the E-mail address you used when you registered
    and your Password will be sent to you.

  2. E-mail CaliforniaCRC at crcinfo@caregiver.org

  3. Call CaliforniaCRC staff at (415) 434-3388 or (800) 445-8106.
NOTE: Did you just register? It may take 1 to 3 days after registering before
you can enter the CaliforniaCRC website. A "Welcome to CaliforniaCRC" message
will be sent to your e-mail box once your registration request is confirmed.
